At UHY Haines Norton our aim is to provide a challenging and fulfilling working environment.

What can we offer you?

We see that our strength is in the knowledge of our staff. Our focus as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) is on staff training and development. On joining us, you will receive comprehensive induction training, which will be followed with regular informal feedback on your progress. We have in place a three month probationary provision in our employment agreements, where on completion, a formal performance review is undertaken. In addition to this we carry out annual career planning for those staff who want to take their careers to the next level. For all staff (regardless of career aspirations) an annual performance review is conducted.

Within UHY Haines Norton, we have a formalised career path – see our document entitled ‘Career Path – Working Your Way Up’. Two of our current directors began as managers, Two managers have moved through the levels to their current roles and all three supervisors have been recent internal appointments.
