What can we offer you?
- We are an Approved Training Organisation (ATO), so staff training and development is an ongoing focus.
- You will receive comprehensive induction training, which will be followed with regular informal feedback on your progress.
- After three months a formal performance review is undertaken.
- We carry out annual career planning for employees who want to take their careers to the next level.
- For all staff, regardless of career aspirations, an annual performance review is conducted.
- Through our employment agreements, we may also provide full financial assistance for agreed courses of study and for PCE I and PCE II.
- Ongoing training is provided through comprehensive in-house annual training (March/April) and online (webex) training sessions with our application service providers.
- There’s always room at the top. Two of our current directors began as managers, and one started as a junior accountant. Three of our current supervisors, and a manager all started with the firm as accountants.
