Kerry Tizard

Kerry advises clients from a wide range of industries including the wine industry, the health sector and education sectors.

As well as assisting clients with their financial reporting, management reporting and taxation requirements Kerry has experience in providing business structuring advice and preparing share and business valuations for restructuring proposals and matrimonial disputes.

Tim Livingstone

Tim has many years’ experience providing business advice to a broad range of clients and community organisations. For several of his larger and progressive clients he assists in developing strategic plans, budgets, cashflow forecasts, monthly monitoring of management financial statements, preparation of business case proposals for major projects and the development of KPIs.

Tim’s other area of specialisation is in preparing share and business valuations for restructuring purposes, matrimonial disputes and shareholder conflict. He also has specialist knowledge in the wine industry, education and motor vehicle trade.

He holds Directorships for a number of companies and is actively involved in Waitakere Enterprise and its efforts to build business enterprises in West Auckland.

Grant Brownlee

Grant's clients range from sole traders to large organisations across many industry sectors. With over 17 years accounting experience, he has expertise in most issues affecting these businesses.

He encourages his clients to develop and grow their business through planning, measuring and monitoring business activity, often working alongside clients in a mentoring role. He enjoys helping people overcome the challenges they often face in business. One of his particular strengths is comprehensive cashflow forecasting. His approach is to identify the key cashflow drivers of the business and build a customized comprehensive excel model. This is used to help clients see the likely cash outcomes of current trading.

John Ballard

John’s special interest work includes advising on Taxation Planning and minimisation, Sale & Purchase of business, financing and business loan applications & business structures. He has a detailed and specialist knowledge in respect of Family Trusts and actively promotes their use and operation as a mechanism to assist clients with family succession issues and protection from creditor and liability claims.

Areas of business in which John has developed expertise include Motor Vehicle Dealers, Automotive Dismantlers, Constuction/Development and related Building Trades, Health Care, Preschool/Tertiary Education Service Providers.
