Statistics New Zealand has launched a new section on their website dedicated to assist small businesses with customer and market research.  The online resource provides data on potential customers, markets, industries and competitors, which can be invaluable to businesses for developing a variety of business strategies, and particularly entry or growth strategies.  The data is easily accessible and user-friendly, and the Statistics New Zealand information centre is readily contactable to help with individual queries.
