The Auckland Council’s proposed Unitary Plan to urbanise areas of rural land in Hobsonville, Whenuapai, Kumeu, Huapai, Riverhead and surrounding areas within the next 30 years raises a lot of questions for property owners. We have joined together as a group of experts to help address some of those questions and provide property owners with the relevant answers and advice.
Colliers (property consultants), Mt Hobson Group (town planning, resource consent and resource management consultants), and Corban Revell Lawyers, together with UHY Haines Norton, will host an informative question and answer evening for anyone interested in learning more about the Unitary Plan. The evening will be presented by Mt Hobson Group Director Hamish Firth, and may cover any topics of specific interest such as what the term ‘Future Urban Zone’ means, utilities, boundary adjustments, cross leases, roading, infrastructure or any other concerns.
Date: Tuesday 9th June 2015
Venue: Corban Revell Lawyers, 133 Central Park Drive, Henderson
Cost: Free, wine and nibbles provided
Please register your interest to attend by providing your name, phone and email address to Debbie Robson at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone 839-2204. Debbie will contact you to discuss your specific questions to ensure these are covered within the evening.
