JAX is Xero's new AI-powered assistant designed to help you work smarter. Whether you need assistance creating invoices and quotes, improving cash flow, or finding answers to business questions, JAX offers conversational support to help simplify administrative tasks.

Xero Analytics

Xero Analytics provides deeper insights into your business performance through visual dashboards, key performance indicators and trends. Xero Analytics is available on Xero Ignite and Grow plans featuring short-term cash flow projection and business snapshot. Xero Analytics Plus is available on Comprehensive and Ultimate plans which provides advanced dashboard features.

Improved Bill Management

Managing supplier bills is now more efficient with the enhanced full-page bills experience which allows users to review, edit, and manage bills more effectively, including updating contact details and payment dates without leaving the bill screen.

Schedule Invoices in Advance

You can now schedule individual invoices to be sent automatically on a future date and time. This feature provides greater flexibility and helps ensure invoices reach customers when intended, even if you are away from the office.

Smarter Document Capture

Xero's AI-powered document capture technology is now being rolled out across New Zealand. The feature extracts information from documents automatically, reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency when processing bills and receipts.
